No smoking.. 3 Linden Court is a light and airy one-bedroom apartment, set overlooking Brixham and across Torbay. With the town centre and harbour just a leisurely stroll away, which is hilly or has steps, this is the perfect location if you’re looking to enjoy a slower pace of life.

Inside, the apartment is bright and spacious with understated dĂ©cor and contemporary lighting. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area has truly breathtaking views of the harbour, wonderful for putting your feet up in front of the TV and enjoying a relaxing evening. For the nights when you don’t feel like venturing out, the kitchen area is equipped with everything you will need to cook up a storm.

The apartment has the added bonus of a private balcony, again, making the most of those spectacular views. Furnished with a tables and chairs, you’ll be able to sit for hours and watch the world go by.

The town centre and busy harbour are just a short walk away, so a stroll around the shops, a lazy afternoon drink or a traditional portion of fish and chips are all within minutes of 3 Linden Court. You’ll find Breakwater Beach just a little further along, and the popular seaside towns of Torquay and Paignton are nearby.
