Located on a quiet residential road, you'll immediately feel at home in this 3 bed; it is spacious, comfortable, perfectly located & is an excellent base to explore the beautiful seaside town of Broadstairs.

With driveway parking for 2 cars, a brilliant family games room, 3 good size bedrooms, separate living and dining rooms plus an enormous garden. The kitchen is bright, modern, well equipped & has a dishwasher + washing machine.

Perfect for family or friends groups travelling to Kent.

When you arrive at our house we are sure you will be delighted with the size of the house when you step through the door. You can easily park on our driveway (a godsend in Broadstairs which has limited parking) and from here you can walk to all you in need in the town and beach. There’s a little cut through at the end of the road which gets you to the beach in only a few minutes.

For entertainment we have the games room, a large screen TV with TNT sports, DVD and sound system.

Our large garden is laid to lawn, with a big decking area and a table and chairs for 6 people to enjoy al fresco dining.

Seating for 6 people, a large TV which offers internet TV for you to log into your Netflix and/or Amazon accounts. Plus we have TNT sports channels set-up for you to access.

*Dining Room*

Enjoy family meals around the beautiful wood table, comfortable seats for 6 people - you can enjoy a home cooked meal, hearty breakfast or grab the very tasty local fish and chips and enjoy at home.

*Kitchen*

Fully fitted modern kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, 5 ring gas hob, plus a grill and a full size oven. Fully equipped to enjoy cooking meals together as a family - we hope that you will be enjoying the many wonderful restaurants in Broadstairs but if you want to rustle up a meal then this kitchen will make it a culinary delight.

*Games Room/Conservatory*

When you want to unwind at home but want the children occupied, a games room is just the ticket. There's table football plus darts board plus comfortable seating to enjoy the warmth of the conservatory, overlooking the garden. Perfect to entertain children or entertain adults who've never lost their enjoyment of darts or table football.

There is also a WC and handbasin on this floor, neatly tucked under the stairs.

Broadstairs is wonderful seaside town, it has a safe sandy beach, bustling town centre with cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. There's plenty to do on the beach with traditional rides on the beach in summer. Viking Bay is just a few minutes walk away. In the summer there are weekly fireworks and in the winter, lots of lovely walks, dog friendly beaches and amazing places to eat.

Located in a quiet residential street yet only a few minutes walk through to Viking Bay, you can easily access all of Broadstairs on foot. The little cut throughs take you past interesting fisherman's cottages, small streets and open up into the High Street and access to the beach.
