Welcome to Innovators Home Broken Arrow located in Oak Creek South! We hope that you enjoy your stay as we are committed to making this your best one yet! This home has been accommodated to hopefully meet your every need in hopes you choose us again. Have questions? Send us a message through the app! We are happy to answer your every question and meet any need or concern you may have. Located in Broken Arrow with many places to see and enjoy! Down the street is our beautiful Rose District and all shopping on Hillside Drive!

The space
There is one camera in the front of the home and back yard used strictly for the security of our guests as well as passcode lock on the front door for your safety. Each room has its own lock for your privacy.

*There are absolutely no cameras inside the home as we respect your privacy.*

Each room has its own TV where you are able to watch Netflix, Hulu and other channels please use the “Guest” Account.

-We have a first aid kit available to you if needed.

***You will be sent an access code the day of your booking and the morning your check-in that will be active for you during your stay, with this code you will be able to freely leave and return just using that code***

We always welcome pets and have a spacious backyard, we just ask that you please be mindful in helping us keep clean by using baggies to dispose of their feces. Failure to dispose of feces from backyard will results in an additional $50 fee.
Dishes to be washed prior to check-out.

Refrigerator to be cleaned out prior to check-out or this will add an additional cleaning fee as we clean the home ourselves.

Check-out is at 10AM.

Should there be smoking or parties proven to have occurred this will result in additional cleaning fees ranging from $500. This does not include the fee for any damages to the home.

Furniture to not be moved or rearranged.

No hair coloring in bathrooms or any area of the home.

Late check-out $50/hour and beginning at scheduled check-out.
If there are additional people staying and this is not communicated prior to check-in, there will be an additional charge of $150/person/night to the card on file.
-Any physical damages to home will result in additional charges.

I was a little confused about the fact the we had 6ppl. Staying at the house but only had bath towels four 4 people. The managers offered to bring more but I got some for my mom. I also found it a little weird that there were no staples in the house. I rent VRBO’s when I go on vacation so I don’t have to eat out. I have never stayed somewhere that did not have a single spice in the kitchen. Also they provide one roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We were there for a week not just a couple of days. If I’d known we had to bring our whole house to go on vacation we would’ve just gotten a hotel.

Quick visit to Broken Arrow, OK

We came to BA to visit family and go to Woolaroc, Tall Grass Prairie, and the Pioneer Woman's Mercantile in Pawhuska. Our stay at the VRBO was great. Location is on a quiet cul de sac that is within several subdivisions.It would be tricky to find without GPS. Cozy, updated ranch home that had the amenities we needed for restful nights for our busy days. We will definitely consider using this VRBO again. Less expensive than our usual hotel stays.

Very easy check in process. Very secure home at end of a cul-de-sac. Property has multiple security cameras and auto lights outside. Large driveway but no access to garage. Only small drawback was only 1 roll of paper products for renter.

House was comfortable and well equipped with the exception of wash clothes in tbe restrooms. There were no washcloths for showering or washing your face except the black ones for makeup removal. Found that a little odd! Other than that was very nice
