Accommodations:
This stunning cabin features spacious sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests:
Bedroom 1: Master suite with a king bed and private bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Second king bedroom with an attached bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Bunk room with two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds (sleeps up to 6)

Every bedroom comes equipped with cozy bedding, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom for your comfort.

Outdoor Amenities:
Unwind on the covered deck while enjoying breathtaking pond views. The outdoor space includes a relaxing hot tub, a cozy fireplace with seating, a mounted TV for entertainment, a firepit for evening gatherings, and ample parking space.

The cabin features a spacious open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, a washer and dryer for your convenience, smart TVs indoors and outdoors, high-speed Wi-Fi access, self-check-in with a smart lock for a seamless arrival experience, and an outdoor wood-burning firepit with seating.

Pet-Friendly Policy:
We understand that pets are part of the family! Bond with The Pond welcomes up to 2 pets. Please note that pets must be crated when left alone in the cabin, and a pet deposit is required.

Guest Guidelines:
No Smoking Indoors: To maintain a fresh environment, please refrain from smoking inside the cabin.
Noise Ordinance: We ask that you respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

What To Bring: To make your stay more enjoyable, consider bringing insect repellent for chiggers, mosquitoes, and ticks, your favorite coffee and creamers, snacks and condiments, oils, seasonings, and other cooking essentials, ice, personal toiletries, and firewood and starters.

Housekeeping Supplies Provided: Enjoy a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dish soap, coffee pods, and filters.

Wi-Fi Notice: Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience; however, no refunds will be issued for outages or access issues.
Fireplace Availability: Fireplaces are available for use from October 1 to March 31.

Rates & Availability:
For cancellation policies, please note that a full refund (less a $50 cancellation fee) will be issued if canceled more than 30 days prior. A 50% refund (less a $50 cancellation fee) will be issued if canceled more than 14 days prior. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
