Owner was very helpful when i needed color copies, he directed me to the city library, and was able to accomplish the task. He also sat down with me and my client to give and overview of the town... again when out of his way to be informative for a prospective commercial buyer.

There was a used condom wrapper and M&M's on the floor under one of the beds. How does that get missed?? Called and confirmed a late check in. When we arrived the office was closed. Rang door bell and heard knocking from window. Come on it was cold outside and this guy is talking to me through the glass. Seemed put out. Stayed here once before and thought the quirky ambience was charming. But used Mangum wrappers on the floor in "clean" room is where I draw the line.

Coffee pot broken. Brought second pot. Water came out through cord. Brought new one. Noisy up stairs room. Like fighting. They left. Refrigerator freezer clogged and filled with ice.

When I arrived at the hotel, the microwave was dirty and the refrigerator. The microwave and refrigerator needs to be updated along with the comforter. I y try old the front office staff and she came up and carried her best to clean up the refrigerator and microwave. She said she would let the owner know. When I checked out a member of housekeeping was there and when I told her about it. It was like she didn’t care. I will not be returning since the rooms are halfway clean

The location is great! Be mindful of how much you're paying for this location. While it's a steal, there's also a reason. While not a make-or-break for your decision, items are not the latest and greatest. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite loud. Housekeeping overlooked a few things - trash on the floor from previous guest and desk chair seat fell through. To be able to offer this location at the price they do, your room's AC will not be on upon arrival. Get ready for a walk-in sauna. Be prepared to drop your luggage, kick the AC on, and go explore for a while. Maybe it's the bed frame, maybe it's for entertainment, but the bed sounded as if a piece of tin was under it. Sound effects? The staff was great! Very helpful.

Great clean experience

Our stay was great. The room was very clean and looks to be getting updated. Everyone was friendly and it was just a great experience. Will be booking with them again and again!

Would not stay here again.

This is the 1st lodging that does not have shampoo or soap for their guests..??? Went to the front desk to ask for some, they did not know where it is.. lol... Hair was all over the sink.. Egg and whatever it was,, still sitting in the mini fridge.. wth?.. Room is smell like drugs or smoking or something... since we only stay 1 nite,, we did not want to move to another room. Well,, 1st time and last time..:(
