Other things to note:
We kindly ask you to treat our space with respect as it is someone's home, not a hotel. Previous guests have loved their stay, and we trust you will too. If any issues arise, we'll try to take prompt action, but please note that there isn't a 24/7 on-site staff.

Important details to know:
☆ Guest count must match your reservation. Please notify us if you need to make an adjustment.

☆ Signed rental agreement required upon booking.

☆We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations.

☆The neighborhood roads can be bumpy and steep. We also have a steep driveway, which is paved, however, we strongly encourage only vehicles with 4 wheel drive and do not recommend driving a trailer of any kind down the driveway.

☆Wheelchair accessible with stepless entry, but there are stairs between levels

☆ Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Please do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Enjoy the hot tub at your own risk

☆ No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per each

☆ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

☆ Condiments, zip locks, firewood are NOT provided.

☆ Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 plus an additional cleaning fee and asked to leave the cabin immediately.

☆ We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay!

☆This cabin is located in the middle of a forest. Please note before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family may make their presence known including reptiles, insects, wasps, spiders, snakes, bears, deer, just to name a few. The cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen but yet the forest life may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. We appreciate your understanding!
