Stunning Bear Den Cabin
The Stunning Bear Den is the perfect getaway and luxurious cabin experience. Nothing missing and so many gorgeous details make this your ideal retreat for a weekend or a week! With rustic and chic decor, it's perfect for a romantic getaway for two. In the Timber Creek Trails area, this cabin is strategically in the woods, but also so close to the State Park, River, Reservoir, Hiking and Hochatown nightlife, shopping, and wineries. It is perfect for two or four!
The cabin was great, wasn't expecting all the neighboring cabins with it but that was ok. Only real gripe was the tv placement and the couch/ pullout bed could have been more comfortable but other than that it was great stay.
The cabin had the perfect setup and loved the arrangement in the neighborhood. Lots of room, the backyard was awesome and the bonus of a fireplace on the porch was great! Kitchen was spacious and everything was super clean and organized. Truly enjoyed our getaway and will stay here again.
Iâm unsure why this is listed as lake view but you can see a lake a ways across the road, in the neighborâs backyard? This place is great, looks like the listing, itâs beautiful. BUT I tried to contact the host via the appâs messages (as requested), I also replied to the hostâs emails through hosty and finally called the phone number provided by the host.No one answered. The timeframe between my vrbo messages were, August, once in October, and once again the day I arrived. I had two questions related to my stay. These were not emergencies, so aside from it being an annoyance, the experience was fine. BUT should a guest have a need to get in contact with the host, communication via one of those three channels is a MUST. Bottom line.
Thus cabin has everything needed to stay for a week. The only drawback for a weekly stay is that you are forced to live out of your suitcase since there is no closet. The one small dresser was filled with additional bedding. Other than that, our experience was phenomenal. The outside fireplace allowed us to spend mornings and evenings outdoors with a cozy fire. We grilled all of our meals there. The grill was rusted out wheb we arrived but it was replaced with a brand new one the second day. We will be back each anniversary.
The property was as listed. It was such a great stay. The cabin everything we needed. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend a stay at the Bear Den Cabin.
This is an awesome, cozy little cabin. The road getting there is a tad rough but I was still able to get my boat in and out with no trouble. Will stay again.
Overall it was great the house was beautiful everything was great the only thing I did not enjoy so much was the landscape need to cut down the overgrown weeds etc... in front of the house... the other cabins around us you could get out and enjoy the grassy areas not here was very overgrown not able to walk thou them or take your dog outside to use the bathroom.
Loved the layout of the cabin very Beautiful for a couples getaway. Hot tub was clean and awesome. Peaceful in the mornings and the evenings on the back deck. The furniture and outside chairs were to low in our opinion but not a turn off we are just an older couple.
From the start it was all easy booking and communication with the host. We ended up staying a whole week so it was nice the cabin came with a big fridge and washer/dryer, and a hottub to help with the long day. It was spacious and clean. The cabin sits in the middle of all the others up on a hill. There was so much to do in the area from fishing, hiking, zip lineing, ATV riding and much more. I do suggest getting all your groceries in Broken Bow because the stores here are limited and close early. Theres a raccoon and possum friend that will visit you but are very harmless. We will definitely be booking again! A 10 put of 10 experience with the cabin and area!
Beautiful cabin just as pictured. Very clean. Perfect for couples getaway. Enjoyed the hot tub and close proximity to restaurants, etc. The privacy is somewhat limited due to tiny homes located very close to the cabin, but overall a great place to stay.
Weâve been going to Broken Bow several years. We have never stayed in the same cabin twice. That will change. This one was perfect for us. Secluded enough, but also not 5 miles down the difficult roads you know if youâve stayed there. It was great. Weâll be back. Great host communication. 5
