1st Floor condo sits on a gorgeous Lake Cumberland. Clubhouse features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and playground.
Well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances features a bar area perfect for entertaining! The screened-in heated and cooled back porch w/lake views and a gas grill. The Primary bedroom has a king-size bed and Bedroom 2-King and Bedroom 3-Queen w/full trundle.

Woodson Bend Resort, sits on a gorgeous panoramic vista of Lake Cumberland. The unit is within 3-5 minutes walking distance to the clubhouse, which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, and 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and a huge shaded playground (Restaurant and pool in season only). 135 slip boating dock.

Parking in front of unit on 1st come 1st serve basis.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
No parties loud music or events.
No open flame candles.
All cooking oil discarded in trash.
NO PETS
Please only use toilet paper.

Lovely location, spacious and well appointed. Loved the screened porch. Had a tough time regulating AC. Thermostat could be a bit more user-friendly. Someone should evaluate electric. A couple of bulbs burned out, bad socket on porch, lighting over island flickers especially on dimmer. Having some new lamps with electronic outlets would be nice. Remind cleaning staff to empty filter in dryer. It was packed solid!

Lake Cumberland getaway

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the property and everything was great. The housekeeping staff went out of their way to help us due to a small hiccup related to our arrival time, and Victor was available and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a great long weekend!

Main concern

This property is clean, with great location. This is a 2 bathroom unit that did not come with more than a half roll of toilet paper; it was not our plan to have to go shopping for toilet paper as we came prepared with toiletries, dish and laundry detergent. I would expect at least 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The master bath had a light bulb out. Overall, nice condo.

The perfect getaway!

Our long weekend at the resort did not disappoint! The property was perfect for our family and included everything we needed. The girls loved every aspect - the condo, pool, pickleball, volleyball, and, of course, a family member’s boat. They are already talking about next year! Thank you, Victor, for helping to make this weekend be the most memorable one for the family this summer!

The property is very comfortable and nicely decorated. If you cook, the kitchen was so well stocked. It has a great view of the water. The complex is quiet and conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive and everything was great. Will definitely stay again.

Off season

We stayed in the off season which still all prrsons we cale in contact with were very welcoming. Check in sucked on my personal behalf because i failed to check vrbo prior. But i got on site and had no phn service or internet. Well i got to higher ground (golf course) and the prop manager was so fast he made everything smooth. Thanks alot. Great property!!!

One of Our Favorite Places

Awesome Memorial Day Weekend Trip

Great getaway

Nice place! Very comfortable accommodations with all we needed to cook for the week. We had a great time hiking, golfing, and boating. Kids really enjoyed the basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts.

Friendly Community and Clean Condo

We enjoyed our weekend at the condo. It was comfortable and clean. The weather was a bit chilly, yet we were still able to sit on the back porch during the day and look out over the lake. We even enjoyed just walking around the Resort and saw many deer. We ate at several local restaurants, Reno Steakhouse twice, Guthrie's Grill, and the Whippoorwill Diner. All three restaurants were unique and worth a visit. People seemed so friendly. We drove to Cumberland Falls about 45 minutes away. The Falls are absolutely spectacular! Overall, a great find and worth the stay.

Off season get away

Woodson Bend was a nice resort. We were here in November so the amenities of the property were not open, nice location for a respite. Just one suggestion for the owner, the master bedroom needs a new mattress. Also, if steps are an issue, even though it’s listed as ground floor there are very steep steps leading to entrance.

We had an awesome stay on Lake Cumberland this weekend! A great condo with everything you need to enjoy your time away. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and overall home...we all enjoyed our time so much.
