The property includes access to the pond, private dock, watercraft and a fire pit, ideal for relaxation and enjoying nature! Additional add-on guest accommodations are available.
The Space:
Rising Tide is located down a secluded driveway, just a short stroll from Walker Pond. The driveway accommodates up to five cars, with the entire area open for guest use. The main entrance of the home is conveniently positioned closest to the parking area, welcoming you into this serene retreat.
Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a bright and spacious entryway with the modern bathroom and laundry room nestled in this area.
The entryway seamlessly transitions into the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room, creating a harmonious space. Highlighted by a lofted ceiling and minimalistic decor, this area beautifully blends functionality with aesthetic appeal, offering a perfect space for communal gatherings. Also on the main level, three peaceful sleeping areas await; two comfortable bedrooms each featuring queen-sized beds, and a living room couch that easily transforms into a queen-sized bed. The second bathroom, conveniently located on this floor, features a luxurious soaking tub and a large window that offers a picturesque view of the woods, creating a spa-like experience.
The third bedroom and a second, inviting living room are situated on the second floor. This living room includes a queen-sized pull-out couch and a cozy nook furnished with a full-sized bed, perfect for resting. The lofted hallway on this floor is bathed in natural light from large windows that frame views of the property and the pond, creating a serene backdrop. This space is perfectly suited for sleeping, yoga, reading, or meditation, offering a peaceful retreat.
The living room’s sliding doors gracefully open to merge indoor comfort with outdoor tranquility, providing direct access to the inviting outdoor dining area and fire pit. By the pond, a double kayak, canoe, and paddle board await your leisure, ready to enhance your peaceful escape with a touch of adventure on the water. Please use water equipment at your own risk!
Please note: There is an additional “sleeping cottage” near that house that has a day bed that pulls into a king-sized bed. This cottage can also be used as a private office space. There is an outdoor shower, seating area and lavatory available for this space (not a full bathroom). Please inquire if interested!
