Non-existent service.

If you enjoy a non-engaged concierge, heavyly processed breakfast, non-existent housekeeping- this is the place for you! My door was stuck, I could not exit my room. I called for help, waited for 45 minutes, nothing. When i called back, they said they were on a conference call and couldn't help me. So she sent a housekeeper. Yes, I looked via the peep hole- she was on her cell phone didn’t even try to help me. So I had to call the fire department, to help me out. The fire department did help me.... the place had the nerve to charge me!

The Comfort Suites in Broomfield, Colorado was a very clean and quiet place. Check in was easy. Shannon did a great job of welcoming us. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. All the facilities were clean. There is easy access to all the highways.

This property is well located, comfortable and affordable. The personnel is super nice and professional. There is plenty of free parking and a strong wifi signal. The only thing I didnot like very much was the fact that the AC unit is a bit loud for me. I am a light sleeper. Other than that it was great

Staff was nice and friendly. Great view from the room. Room was spacious and clean. One elevator was out of order but was not an inconvenience. The power in our room did go out twice while we were there for a 4 night stay.

Very nice room, beds were comfortable and clean. Liked the sitting area, couch had some stains that could be cleaned. Bathroom was nice and clean, like the walk in shower vs tub. Conveniently located and quiet.

Looks like it's a newer building. Area was quiet. Convenient location for Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks and Rocky Mt. Spacious parking lot. Clean and spacious lobby. Small dining area for included breakfast. Breakfast selection was the same for the days we were there, it was just ok. Room size was good. AC was good. Water pressure was good. Tiny and not good toiletries (shampoo, lotion, etc) so if you're picky, bring your own. Cover for peephole was off. Door had to be pulled or pushed shut to close completely.

Roomy and convenient

Went for a family trip. Really enjoy the couch with two queen beds, makes for so much room than normal hotel rooms. Close to interstate but nice and quiet. Will stay again

Very nice property at a reasonable price. Still looks new and is well maintained. You can't walk to any restaurants but short drive will take you to several.

Friendly staff. clean room ,comfy bed, great breakfast buffet. Nice walk in shower… but the bathroom floor tiles were broken & uneven with missing grout, a real tripping hazard. Almost fell a few times.
