Work week in Brownwood

I rented this little apartment so I could work in Brownwood while my children were at 4H camp, be close by in the event anything happened, and not have to drive back home. This was perfect. Not super expensive, clean, easy to get to and get to other locations and shopping in Brownwood. I would recommend this.

I’ve always been a little hesitant about staying certain places but Paula’s place was perfect for me! She’s very helpful and her instructions for check in and check out are very clear. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! Definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting brownwood!

Quiet and Clean

The apartment was very clean and and quiet. With the outside temps being very high we were pleasantly surprised with how well the a/c worked. There was a fan to use when cooking to help cool the kitchen. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

Perfect place to spend a night or a week!

The property is clean, comfortable and has all the essentials that you could want or need. The bed and bedding was comfortable and good quality. The towels were soft, plush. Paula and her local cohost were responsive if you needed them. This is the second time I have chosen this property. The covered part was a huge bonus, it kept the car out of the direct sunlight and kept it much cooler. I highly recommend this property

Home was as advertised and for value was great. Kitchen and kitchen wear could use a good cleaning. Internet is terrible for working online. But good enough to stream to the Smart TV. AC in bedroom is excellent but in living room can’t keep up with heat of Brownwood this summer. Had to utilize the fan stored in bedroom closet.

Great value for your money.

Property is best suited for 1-2 people. It was clean and comfortable for our 5 nights stay. Bathroom is very small. Air conditioning in the Texas heat was not the best in the front part of the apartment. We used the stand fan in the closet to blow air from the bedroom down the hallway to that part to help cooling. Bedroom stayed cool entire stay. Kitchen was adequate for basic needs. Nice refrigerator and they furnished a Brita water filter pitcher too. Water taste awful there otherwise. Don, site host in apt #1, was great.
