The unique Villa San Lorenzo is located in the small village of Nova Vas near the coastal town of Novigrad. This villa is a perfect choice for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation. The villa has 6 lovingly decorated bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people. You will be impressed by the interior design of the villa. The open-plan first floor consists of a bright living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are also 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor are two more cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The second floor is reserved for the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The basement is the best part of the house. There is a private tavern and a dining room with a charcoal grill, perfect for a family gathering. If you want to relax, there is a wellness area with a heated pool, a sauna and a private gym. In front of the house you will find a large pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and a sun deck with sun loungers, the perfect place to spend warm summer days while sipping a cold and refreshing drink. Next to the villa there is a children's playground and a trampoline. The villa has 8 bicycles for you to discover and explore the surrounding area. Villa San Lorenzo is an elegant and spacious villa that offers its guests everything they could wish for. NOTE: Massage service available on request (extra charge).
