The ground floor welcomes you with a bright and spacious living and dining room, furnished in a modern and tasteful style, featuring a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. From this communal area, you have direct access to the swimming pool, making it an ideal space for relaxed gatherings. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, and WC, and direct access to the swimming pool. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms provide comfortable and private sleeping arrangements. The first of these rooms features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with 1 folding bed of the same dimensions, and a shower with WC. The remaining 2 upper-floor bedrooms are each appointed with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each has its own shower with WC.
