The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living and dining room featuring a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a dedicated bedroom fitted with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, and WC, and direct access to the swimming pool. The living area also opens directly onto the pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms, each with its own shower and WC, satellite TV, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The first of these rooms is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 folding bed of the same dimensions. The remaining 2 rooms are each appointed with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
