On check in our reservation could not be found and it was very uncomfortable- the chap said I can’t find you so there is no reservation even though I had confirmation with me which he saw. Eventually he agreed to give us a room - the worst room in the hotel - a single set up room - smallest and it smelt awful. ( we had paid for and booked an upgraded room) I went back to reception and had to demand the room we had paid for which we got. The next morning the lovely lady receptionist sorted us out and was lovely stating they were at fault and apologised but that’s it.

5 Night Stay

Stayed for 5 nights in June 2022. Comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. Good breakfast. Restaurant food and service good. Excellent parking. Very good experience overall. The staff as a group are really helpful and good at what they do. Always helpful and attentive. The only suggestion would be to provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
