Good hotel, everything you need for a comfortable stay and staff go the extra mile. No bar despite one being advertised and rooms aren’t very sound proof. Rooms have everything you need but are no thrills However, breakfast was great and hotel only advertises itself as a 3star b&b and it more than delivers. Great location too

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Couldn't do enough to help when our journey was disrupted by french strike action, causing us to be late. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location.

Book quadruple room that showed different pictures than what is actually provided. Room located in the room across reservation desk. It’s double bed and 2 rolling beds. Room is big but not what was described in Expedia. Road noise, guest checking in/out, noise from people come and go. Can’t sleep at all.

Pleasant stay
Lovely Hotel, a bit quirky with lots of charme. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and breakfast offer is good to set you up for the day.

Very reasonably priced/very clean small hotel, in fantastic central area of bruges. Easy walk to all main areas, and some lovely cafe's/bar's/restaurants very nearby. Desk staff all nice and helpful too. Not a 'luxury room' and was quite small? But, for a short break, couldnt fault it, and great value for money too. Would defo book again and recommend to others for short breaks. Thanks to all, for lovely XMAS stay, in gorgeous small town
