The whole town of Bruges is unique, and Martin's Brugge offers a comfortable stay at the heart of the Bruges experience. We basically loved everything about our stay: the location, the room, the friendly and helpful staff, the bar, the outside area to relax and have a drink, the convenience and proximity to all the main places of interest. Perfect stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Two days in Brugge

A very central and convenient modern hotel with underground car park. Publicity should draw attention to need to register vehicle at the reception desk on arrival to avoid local fines for daytime driving in town centre. No restaurant, but a comprehensive buffet breakfast at 20 euros is cheaper and better value than local cafes, bistros, etc.

Pros: LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Beds were clean, air conditioning worked excellent, easy in and out. Also a nice common area in middle to gather and eat or play games. Cons: while clean, rooms are not maintained well - tons of scuff marks all over walls and floor boards, carpeting in halls old and doesn’t match, one soap dispenser in shower for hair/body and hand wash by sink - I think they were the same. Towels clean and replenished daily, but very thin and aged towels (nothing fluffy!!), very limited soace in the 3 sleeping room for luggage. Euro pillows only and used king size pillow cases and folded them inside pillow - not comfortable. No luxury at all - VERY BASIC.

Nice hotel in perfect location

Nice hotel in perfect location. Just a few minutes walk to central station and main square. Big buffet breakfast included. Very comfortable bed, hot shower, quiet, large room.
