Lovely staff, great location. Nice breakfast. Would appreciate hand rails on front stairs, especially when lifting luggage up and down.

Great location and very walkable to a lot of sites while not being in a noisy area. Most of the staff members were rude and curt when asked any questions. Asking them for more towels (since they only gave us hand towels) was met with annoyed responses - “Why do you need more towels?” “You shouldn’t need more towels.” “We aren’t giving you more towels.” This was just one example of behavior that was not to the level of a four star hotel.

Great hotel - absolutely recommend!

A lovely, very clean, very comfortable, quiet hotel with wonderfully friendly and helpful staff and in a great location. Couldn’t fault it!

We loved the historic preservation of the site. Lots of attention was given to using and displaying beautiful old pieces of furniture. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was full of diverse foods and served in a lovely room with a touch of old school elegance. We were glad to be able to open the windows a bit, however, because the heating was a bit much at times. We aren't used to heavy comforters, but that was a minor detail. The staff was especially helpful and we had questions. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely quaint room. Breakfast a bit pricey for €20 per person for what amounts to coffee and a cheese and ham roll.... other than that hotel was excellent.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the super friendly staff! Will definitely be back.
