Paid top dollar, broken toilet seat. Tried to switch rooms, second room had a bad smell. Pool was dirty, old band aids and particles floating in it. Area around the hotel is run down, stay away from the Panera Bread down the road.

Our only small issue was that the bathroom floor was kind of messy..including a contact someone lost from their eye ha. The pool was also dirty with debris and a bandaid. There were no pool towels stocked so I had to go out to the lobby to request them. The staff was very nice, the location was great. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in this style hotel. We would book again.

Great Value with a Few Areas for Improvement

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, especially considering the reasonable price. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable visit. The breakfast was above average, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options—definitely a highlight! That said, the hotel could benefit from some renovations. While everything was clean and functional, the furnishings and decor felt a bit dated, and some areas showed signs of wear. A refresh would elevate the overall experience. For the price, though, it’s an excellent choice, and the outstanding service and breakfast make up for the need for updates. I’d happily stay here again!

This Hampton Inn was located very close to I95 exit and walkable to the Ale House restaurant. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were not fluffy. Overall i would recommend the Hampton Inn in Brunswick.
