The keys didn’t work multiple times, there was no maintenance to fix a non functional toilet, we had to change rooms. One positive was the young man who ckecked us in. He was very nice.

After 2 long days of travel I just wanted to relax and watch tv. After getting myself and my dogs situated for the night it's now 1030 pm. Internet connection says connected at the same time says can not connect to Internet. Had been trying different combinations of trouble shooting. Went to the desk was told to wait 10-15-20 min and try again. The password I was given worked to connect my phone to the wifi but the TV says it is incorrect. I was offered to change rooms but at this point it would take me an hour to do so. I ended up using my personal wifi connection to watch tv.
