The Space:

This updated 1700 square foot end-unit modern townhome is everything you need for your next visit to Brunswick. Situated conveniently close to I-95, this two level home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Please note the third bedroom is setup with a computer desk and monitor as well as a twin trundle bed. The master shower has been fully renovated to make you feel like you are showering at a spa! The open living room/kitchen concept is great for you to be able to whip up a meal while keeping an eye on the family in the living room. The backyard boasts a screened in patio to relax on and keep the gnats at bay during the hot months. The yard is fully fenced in for your kiddos and pups to be able to play and run around. There is also a 1 car garage to store your vehicle. 2 additional cars can fit in the driveway.



You are a quick 15 minute drive from St. Simons and Jekyll Island and about 10 minutes from downtown Brunswick. You can't beat this location!



FLETC TDY and snowbirds are welcome!



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!

The home is easily accessible from an electronic lock.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood right near I-95.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $175 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
