The Space:

New to the rental market and now available for 3 month+ stays.



This STUNNING 2 bed 2 bath half duplex has some of the most beautiful lakefront views in the area!



Imagine waking up to have your coffee on the back porch while the sun rises over the lake! Or having an end of day cocktail or glass of sweet tea while watching the sunset.



When you walk into the home you are greeted by  a comfortable living room with a smart TV. The living room is right beside the fully stocked kitchen. From the kitchen you can walk directly out to the patio to relax by the lake.



Each bedroom is fully furnished with everything you need for a longer stay. Both bedrooms come with a bathroom (shower/tub combo in each and a Queen bed.  There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.



There is off street parking for up to 2 vehicles.



One of the best things (other than the Lakeview) is that it's centrally located in Brunswick GA. It's 5 minutes to the SE Georgia Health System, College of Coastal Georgia, 7 minute to FLETC and 20 minutes to St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island.



You have several close grocery stores, restaurants and lots of shopping. You can't beat this location!



**Please note the photos were taken before TVs were placed in the home. The living room and each bedroom have a TV for your viewing.



Important Items to Note:



The individual that books that home must be 25 or older. The person that books the home must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay.



Trailers, Boats and other commercial vehicles are not allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Up to 1 small dog (under 30lbs) is allowed with a pet fee.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!



Strollers, high chairs and pack n plays are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!
