We found this the perfect spot for a 5 night stay in Brussels. There is no staff on site but the responses to emails were quick. It should be noted only emergencies are taken care of over the weekend so you need to be self-sufficient. The location was amazing- very near major sites, the central train station and lots of restaurants just around the corner.

This hotel was in the most ideal location! It felt like it was right in the middle of everything- a short 8 minute walk from the central train, around the corner from delirium village and a ton of bars and restaurants, right beside the shopping arcade and super close to the Christmas market. The hotel also has free laundry which was helpful! Booking through a third party vendor made the city taxes and deposits awkward as I was asked to email my credit card info, but other than that the experience was wonderful

The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. We had reception come to our hotel door in the morning and tell us check out was at 11. Meanwhile we had another night to stay. She then said to pay city tax, which I had sent to emails with all our details. Maybe not much communication between them. But it was all good in the end. The amenities didn't work very well. The coffee machine didnt work, the shower head leaked on both sides and the fridge door didnt close properly meaning food wasnt cold. The pillows also seemed like sofa pilloes rather than sleeping pillows. For the price per night we expected better.

This was our 2nd stay at this aparthotel, and it did not disappoint. Spotlessly clean, perfect location and friendly staff.

Great place to stay, right in the heart of it all. Super close to Grand Place and many other interesting and popular areas. You will be glad you are staying here because it’s easy to find and very clean.
