AMAZING!

This was by far the best place I stayed at during my entire trip across Europe. It was within budget, but it was incredible service. It's in a really nice area, and the walk down to City Hall is enjoyable. Be sure to book here if you can!

We had a great 3 night stay. Really no complaints. Good for the price. Clean, lifts worked, nice big lobby, secure luggage room, staff were very friendly and helpful. Good size room, lovely shower. Would stay again. It's location is relatively convenient. Maybe keep valuables well hidden if walking around here at night time.

Smallest double room I’ve ever stayed in at this hotel. As a customer who has been attending the hotel for 7 years I was a little disappointed. But, the staff friendliness and the hotels proximity to everywhere always make up for it.

Great location , well deserved by public transport with different options of trams/metro. On the last day we were able to use the parking although we checked out. Staff available and ready to help even at night when AC wasn’t working and ready to offer new room regardless of the late time.

Noisy and in need of an upgrade

This hotel has definitely known better days. The shower in particular needs to be replaced (water leaking under the door and flooding the bathroom floor). In addition there was a strong, weird smell in my room. When I asked the cleaning lady about it she proudly announced she had sprayed some kind of scent in the room but it wasn’t a pleasant smell and I found it hard to fall asleep because of it. My room on the third floor overlooked restaurant patios so I asked for another room to avoid being kept awake by the noise outside. I was given a room on the other side where I got noise from the tram… I had stayed in the hotel before and had enjoyed it at the time. I don’t think I’ll come here again.
