We had a great time at Ibis… we were very pleased with the option of early check in after our night flight. Staff were super helpful and location is amazing. Definitely will come back again.

Planning to sleep late before my flight to US, the hotel did not warn us construction would begin ten feet away at 9am. The front desks response was to ask why I wasn’t eating their 28euro breakfast.

Great location, clean room with nice bathroom. Friendly staff & good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Room quite small & no tea or coffee making facilities, thought that was always standard in a room. Outside noise is a problem if you have the window open, but if closed it’s ok

Fantastic Ibis hotel super welll located in city centre. Nice, quiet rooms, breakfast offering a wide range of choices, with delicious fresh bread and good quality coffee. Amazing value. Very happy with my stay, highly recommended.

The hotel has a very convenient location, just a short walk to Grand Place and the subway station. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the single bed was quite noisy whenever I moved, which could be improved. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and great quality. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the stay even better. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very convenient. I would recommend it, though the bed noise issue should be addressed.

Great location

Great location. Was a little disappointed to find the single bed was a rollaway bed and not a full single as stated. I usually avoid rollaways and would’ve looked elsewhere had I know this. It certainly isn’t what is shown the photographs. We only had one bath towel each which was a bit threadbare. No hand towel. Rooms were clean. Staff were all friendly.
