The hotel was great, great location. The only suggestion that I have is to educate your staff on giving directions. There was a flyer on the desk offering tours so I signed up for one. The first employee that I asked for directions to get to the bus, stated she did not know. The next day I asking another employee that sent me in the opposite direction from where the buses were parked and the tour started. I had to walk approximately 30 minutes extra, just to find that the tour buses were actually parked approximately 2 blocks from the hotel. The tour was great, just educate your staff please.

Fantastic location right near Grand Place. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Walkable to all major attractions. Room is very quiet as well. Triple room is spacious but lacks storage/closet space. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, room is clean. Very pleasant staff, the only issue was the shower head in my room 101 was in a very awkward spot and very hard to adjust. Other than that, we had a good stay and would stay again!

Great Location

My family stayed in Brussels 1 night on a longer vacation. The location of this hotel is amazing. Local shops, food options, entertainment and shopping all a few steps from the door. And the Grand Place a block away. The hotel for the closeness of the tourist areas was surprisingly quiet. We did enjoy the breakfast buffet as well. There is an area to store your luggage. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

They were doing construction in the hallways so it was very dark on the second floor. Fortunately to room had electricity and seemed to work ok except for the ac. They did bring a fan we we called to ask.

They put in on the highest floor with no elevator access, had to walk up a set of stairs with all the luggage to get to the room. The AC was not cooling enough and after checking the filter it was packed with dust, packed!! Never cleaned!!

When we got to the hotel, check-in was easy thanks to the friendly staff. The hotel is situated in the middle of the attractions. in addition to the ease of good dining and shopping. The room had a partial view of the city center and was clean. I had a decent night's sleep every night in the compact yet cozy bed.

I is grand place is in a good location. Rooms are tiny and not very well equipped. Everything was clean. Staff seemed to be in a poor mood and not very welcoming. The location is very noisy due to street singers bellowing out bad cover versions of ‘90’s songs down in the street.
