Lovely clean, comfortable hotel. Lots of cafes and bars around and on a main bus route into Brussels Centre (its a nice walk into the centre, but the hills on the way back out can be tiring). Would have no hesitation staying again.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights as I had to attend my sister's wedding in Brussels. Everything is great in this hotel. The room size is good, the rooms are clean. It is in walking distance from the center and next to public transport. My fligh arrived early in the morning and the receptionist did not hesitate to give me a room at 10am though the check-in is at 3pm. Thank you for making my stay in Brussels a memorable one.

Decent property and service. Oven was broken, so was unable to eat at the hotel. Had to buy universal power adapter despite being told there was one at the hotel to borrow before my stay, which wasn't the case. Otherwise well maintained property, service was decent.

I had an amazing stay at Moxy Brussels! From the moment I walked in, the staff were absolutely incredible—so kind, so welcoming, and genuinely eager to help with anything. Their warmth really set the tone for my entire experience. The rooms were awesome—modern, stylish, and super comfortable. Everything about the hotel had a fun and energetic vibe that made it stand out from other places I’ve stayed. I’ll definitely be recommending Moxy Brussels to friends, family, and fellow travelers, and I highly plan on staying here again myself. Truly a top-notch experience all around!

The staff at Moxy Brussels are always friendly and helpful. The balcony rooms are lovely, with very good light in the afternoon in summer. Location is good. A bus stop steps away from the hotel. Porte de Namur is a ten minute walk, but it is a slightly chaotic stretch of road. St Boniface area had lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries & cafes. There are some roadworks which make the area less aesthetically pleasing but there is no noise, so it’s fine. My only negative with the hotel itself is a common problem with other Moxy locations that it wasn’t possible to connect my device to the TV, though I was offered a room change if I wished.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The welcome complementary mocktail (or cocktail, if you prefered) was delicious. The rooms were basic, but comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs. We'll certainly be staying here again.
