The room has BEDBUGS, I woke up with lots of bites in my back, I check out that moment and show concierge a picture of my back, she responded it might be BedBugs like it’s something común in that hotel and they won’t offer me any compensation I spend $850 for 1 night which in Europe it’s a outrageous! do not stay in this hotel!

We stayed here for three days. The staff were pleasant and easy to talk to. The room was very spacious, and the location is excellent—central and close to most major attractions. However, we had an issue with the fridge in our room. The first fridge with a transparent door was flickering when we checked in, which we reported and it was replaced promptly. Unfortunately, the replacement fridge also started flickering the very next day and ended up waking us up at night. This is something the hotel should maintain better. The breakfast was average and almost the same every day, with very limited options for vegetarians.

We were told on check in we got an upgrade on our room for our anniversary but we didnt as requested the bathrobes and told you're in a standard room also not informed prior to check in that pool would not be open for the first two days of our stay. Very disappointing as this was a main reason we booked this hotel

Nice hotel with great staff. Negatives - Only 1 USB power in room was broken. Room was way way too hot and no cooling option on Air Conditioner. Positives - window did open which was very welcome! Nice and clean hotel with a good breakfast
