Very small room with a very large TV on the wall. I kept bumping my head and/or shoulder into it. A smaller TV or higher mounting position would have helped. My other issue is that there are a set of outer doors that must open in order to reach the lobby door where a code can be entered. The doors didn't open for me in the evening so I had to wait for someone to leave before I could access the keypad. Fairly minor issues overall as the hotel is clean, well-equipped and in a great location!

The Numa is modern, stylish, quiet and comfortable. Great central location and the breakfast was simple but very tasty. As a modern hotel everything is done by phone via what’s app. There’s a code for each door etc. under 50s will love it. Over 50s who like a personal touch and don’t want to punch in codes all the time might not. The staff when they are around were great. Recommended especially for younger people.

Our stay at Numa Brussels Royal Galleries was refreshing. The communication with the what’s app team & Federica was outstanding! Room was a bit chilly and we couldn’t figure out the heating so we turn the a/c off and slept fine. We booked the standard room, it was pretty snug (NOT tight) but we knew this going into it. Numas properties pay great attention to detail, this location specifically was extremely walkable to everything from restaurants to the train station and sights. We felt like locals by the end of our stay! We only called a uber for pickup from the airport (which took about 30-40mins) & when we departed (came very quickly). Both times the uber had no trouble locating Numa and neither did we. Download the app for a seamless stay! Thank you Numa Brussels team. We enjoyed this stay.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience because our room had a terrible smell and the carpet was very dirty. We requested to be moved to another unit, they replied via WhatsApp and we were sent to another room, then we had to wait outside of the room for about an hour with our luggage because the code to enter was not working. Our friends had the same issue with their room. The codes are a mess and customer service in WhatsApp is not the best one. They need to update the property and improve the code’s system. BTW, the Numa in Prague is really good!

Frustrating check-in service. Room and quality of the hotel was tired looking and worn. Breakfast was disappointing and served on disposable plates and with disposable cutlery. The bed was clean, there was no outside noise, and I slept well.

Digital hotel is the way forward

I was initially apprehensive about staying at the hotel as its fully digital with no reception or key. However, i was extremely happy with the hotel and whole process. I was kept fully informed leading up to check in and had 24/7 in case of issues, which wasnt needed. The hotel is in excellent location close to all major sights and train station. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast as not much choice. However i would certainly recommend the hotel and stay again.

Bad room good location

The online checkin was tedious process. They should mention all the requirements upfront. It was a chore. In my room, my bed was sloping at the edges and I almost fell off the bed. I had to make sure I was sleeping inbetween. Glad it was just me and not sharing my double bed. The room had a light mouldy smell to it, didn’t seemed to have been aired enough. No facial tissues when I suddenly woke up with congestion due to the odd smell. Location wise was good. Locker for free post checkout for a self serve hotel was good.
