Beautiful hotel in a great location

Family visit to Brussels.

Good: Lovely rooms, we were even upgraded, and one had a sauna! Attentive staff both at reception and also in the bar and restaurant. Car parking nice and easy which was a concern for me beforehand. The not so good: The room booked for 3 people did not have the sofa bed already made up, nor linen for me to do it myself. The shower tray/screen leaked badly and flooded the bathroom floor just inside the door, which was tiled. Hazardous.

Comfortable stay

We love this hotel. We came here for family trip and stayed with room for 4. Very spacious room with sauna which I recommend. Also, its location is convenient with many prime shops nearby. It also has a car park (though it is a bit narrow if you drive a big car). Highly recommend for family!

We were in Brussels for a couple of days and this was a good central location for most things. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and the staff was really friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

Close to the train station and buses and a 5min walk to the tram network. 15-20min walk to the Cathedral Notre Dame and 5-10min from the Old Town. A huge amount of eating establishments close by and within 10-15 walk. There is also a couple of supermarkets close by to. The room was great with a huge bathroom. One of the few hotels we used over a month that actually had a bar fridge. Bed was comfy and great pillows.

A pleasant surprise

A very pleasant surprise, a much better stay than expected. Room was large and spacious, and clean. Good amenities and a very comfortable stay. Bathrooms could be upgraded to include a walk in shower, that would be my only gripe. Hotel located in a good area, with lots of food nearby. Métro is a 10min walk away, gets you to the main places. Tram was close by but we didn’t have time to use them.
