The best in Brussels

Very close to everything, very clean the bed so comfortable to sleep, house keeping so kind clean room eveeyday. Love to looftop bar can see Brussels sun set and nice cocktails. Highly recommend.

1 Night Flying Visit

Fantastic location and beautiful hotel. Especially loved the rooftop terrace. The overhead shower in both rooms wasn’t acceptable though as we both had showers that didn’t work. We didn’t realise this when we first checked in as only needed to shower the next morning. It certainly wouldn’t stop us staying again though.

Fantastic location—everything from shops to stations within minutes on foot. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a tasty breakfast (though a bit pricey). Décor is dated, and noise from the street and plumbing can be noticeable, but overall great value for the convenience.

Perfect implication for food entertainment and sightseeing. As a solo traveller it was a bit intimidating at night to walk out alone to the Grand as there are a lot of lingering random people just hanging out across the street and alleys that you need to go down to get to the restaurants and bars. But just be hyper aware and mind your own business and no one bugs you.

Great Central Location

The rooms were small and a bit tatty. Things didn't worked like lights in the wardrobe didn't turn off when you closed the door. 1 lift out of 3 only worked. The breakfast was absolutely stunning. Plenty of beautifully presented food. The beds were really small and I didn't sleep very well due to it being of a slant.

Wonderful, stress-free stay! Beautiful hotel at an ideal location and very friendly staff! Even got a free room upgrade as it was our anniversary and a free cocktail on their cute terrace bar! Definitely recommend!

I always stay at this hotel but it’s starting to get old. I was on the third floor which frankly was smelling tired and musty. Location is perfect and that’s what keeps me coming back. Please start upgrading these rooms and corridor carpets.

Great location right in the city centre but still quiet. Hotel is overall very clean but it is starting to need a few bits of maintenance, mainly on doors and cabinets. Rooftop bar had great views and cocktails were really good. Staff overall very nice, friendly and professional.
