The property is located near the railroad, so you may occasionally hear trains passing by. To ensure a comfortable and restful stay, we provide a white noise machine and complimentary earplugs.

Pets - We may allow pets on a case by case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate. Cleaning fee applies. For the comfort of all guests, we are unable to accommodate cats on the property.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Due to the time needed to adequately clean the unit, we are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. Please book an extra night if you would like to guarantee an early check- in or a late check- out.

If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged. No parties or events are allowed, per VRBO policy.

Host responsive in a timely manner. The studio apt. was clean and exactly true to the online photos.I love the sound of trains and it was mentioned in the description, but what was not expected were the 7 or more LOUD train whistles waking me several times during the night. This might be mentioned in the ad. The foam earplugs provided were a nice thought but not enough for this girl.

The host, Katie was very communicative. She helped every step along the way even when I had some Trouble checking into the stay using the secure VRBO website, she was patient with me and assured me a smooth check in regardless of the website. She was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was easy to get into. The A/C worked really well. The apartment was clean and welcoming. I was not able to figure out how to use the TV, but I didn’t really need it. Another thing that didn’t bother me too much, but I think should be mentioned was that the location was near the train and it can get loud. However, there is a sound machine and ear plugs that are provided to combat this. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure was nice and the temperature of the water was nice and hot. Parking was very easy it is behind the building and you have to enter through the front. All in all I enjoyed this place a lot and will be booking with Katie if I ever go back to Bryan and maybe utilize the full kitchen this time! Highly recommend.

Overall, this studio was really nice on the inside. The main issue I had was that it is literally feet from the railroad tracks and it was LOUD! They provide a white noise machine and earplugs but those don't help. It should be in the property description because I did not know it was close to the railroad tracks until the evening before when I received the check-in instructions. I honestly would never have stayed here if I had known because I am a very light sleeper. So, 2 nights with no solid sleep was rough. There were 5 trains in 3 hours on Saturday morning - it's just too loud for me. The communication could have been better with the host - I never got a message confirming my stay and I ended up having to get the phone # from VRBO so that I could text them. So, I feel that the communication could have been better. But other than that, it's a beautiful studio inside but just too loud with the train.
