OMG the towels were literally DIRTY GREY! The room was filthy I had to buy cleaning supplies, towels, mattress cover, sheets and a COMFORTER! I was afraid to sleep in that NASTY bed. Took a shower with shower shoes. Cleaned the place top to bottom and the next morning ROACHES CAME OUT TO PLAY! Then on top of that - They locked me out my room the second day I had to go to the desk to get back in my room AND I PREPAID LOL! HOTEL FROM HELL!!! DON'T DO IT!!! Oh and I paid $360 for 2 NIGHTS!!!! HOTEL MOTEL 6 IS NOT IT!!!

I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing. The stay is okay to crash out for one night. The room need to be updated such as dresser draws, extra night stand and liquid bath soap.

Sadly, our room was at the intersection of much traffic, so it was noisy at night and the morning. I asked for a toothbrush and they were charging me, so no complimentary accessories. I went to Wal-Mart instead. The bathtub was slippery.

It's still be updated. The rooms were ok but the microwave is outdated and the refrigerator doesn't have a freezer compartment
