Welcome to The Mark, B/CS. Whether you are in town for work or for play you will find this professionally decorated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo your home away from home. The space was designed to look and feel like a luxury hotel. From the moment you step through the front door you will notice the designer touches that give the space a modern, yet cozy ambience.

Ideally situated just 5 minutes from Downtown Bryan where you can enjoy the shopping, dining and nightlife that the area has to offer. Texas A&M is located just 5 miles away and with it’s convenient location only a half mile from Highway 6 it is easy to get to whether you are traveling from Dallas, Houston or Austin. You will find this well appointed condo ideal for a stay of any length.

Living Room: free wi-fi throughout, 65” smart TV, full size leather couch and three chairs offer plenty of seating for watching the game. Kids are sure to enjoy the selection of board games, dominos and dice during their stay. Guests will also enjoy a minibar off the living room stocked wine glasses, high ball glasses and a selection of bar tools to enjoy a cocktail with friends. Sliding glass door leads to a private outdoor patio.

Kitchen: equipped with everything you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. There is a built in microwave, full size oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, as well as other small appliances. Also provided are everyday dinnerware, bakeware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and more. A complimentary coffee and tea bar with a Keurig machine are provided for your convenience.

Bedroom 1: king memory foam bed and 43” smart TV await the guests of this well appointed bedroom. Includes ensuite bathroom with a shower and large walk-in closet.

Bathroom 1: this ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, toilet and large stand-up shower. Spa-quality towels are provided, as well as shampoo and conditioner, and body wash so you can travel with ease.

Bedroom 2: queen memory foam bed and luxurious linens are sure to provide an excellent nights sleep. There is a dedicated workspace in this room and a full walk-in closet.

This cozy condo was a great home away from home when my supervisor and I had to travel to A&M University for a certification course. Very comfortable and quiet, and the amenities provided were great. The host was very responsive and hospitable.

I was tied up at work and could not make the trip, but man oh man! My wife was thoroughly impressed from beginning to end! Communication with the host was fast and helpful. Accommodations were superb according to the wife, and she's picky! Looking forward to seeing it for myself next trip to College Station!

I can’t give enough stars! The condo was BEAUTIFUL, immaculately clean, stocked with all the essentials, and the communication was the host was perfect. If we ever come this way again, we will definitely be booking again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a very nice week in College Station and Bryan. Our son was graduating and we were able to celebrate him at the condo and around town. The condo is in great condition and was clean. It looks just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We did not use the laundry, but appreciated that there were two soap pods and that there was storage space in the laundry room which we could take advantage of. Good parking immediately out the front door. I feel more secure when my car is close by so I can monitor it. We had questions and needed to contact the management a couple times. He was very responsive.
