Front desk was terribly rude. The lake is a construction area, no water no view. If you stay on the first floor, it’s like an earthquake whenever people walk on the second floor. If you absolutely need to stay in Bryce, you don’t have much choices, just ask for second floor.

The breakfast menu consisted of watery gravy and biscuits, powdered eggs and deep fried but reconstituted tater tots. The boiled eggs were frozen and rethawed. The fruit was straight from a can. Staff were mixed. Some were very positive and some were simply unhelpful and disengaged.

Very nice hotel with ckean rooms. Excellent breakfast! Super nice staff. Its a huge property with 7 buildings so they space guests out so it stays quiet around you. 2 restaurants on site. One is a fast food and pizza place, the other a full steak house with a decent buffet. Super easy access to the park literally two minutes up the road.

Stopped here on our roadtrip, amazing location, great breakfast, hotel is dated so bathroom could def use updating but otherwise clean and friendly staff. The hotel is like an old log cabin with decor keeping with the heritage of the place, very cool. Will be back!
