Breakfast was horrible - inedible. Coffee was even bad! Room badly needed updating. It looked as if the owners were merely “holding on” in order not to spend any money on the facilities. Dirty corridors, Old facilities (showers, A/C unit, carpet, bed, furniture). The entire facility had a 60s feel to it. Lighting was poor. The only positive was the proximity to Bryce Canyon. I would ask for a refund if I thought it was possible.

It's convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park, and the price is lower than most in the area. There was a small fridge in the room. The photos online must be from a year or more ago. The property does not appear to be kept up now. I was concerned about cleanliness because there is nothing fresh about the finishes. Everything looks old. Pool is smaller than in the photos. Breakfast food was not great. If you want anything healthy, bring food yourself. "Two restaurants and a bar" means one sit-down restaurant for dinner that serves alcohol as long as the kitchen is open+ a Subway sandwich shop. We won't return or recommend. Not a place you look forward to laying your head after a long day of activities.

Only two things we were not happy about was that it was not walking distance to the entrance of Bryce Canyon as they advertise on Expedia, and the parking lot is very, very dark. Owner came to our room to help us with our tv. It was convenient to many places before entering Bryce Canyon.

Two stars because the heating and AC worked and we had hot water for showers. The smell of mildew was strong; looked like they painted over mold. Bed mattresses were horrible and “included breakfast at property restaurant” was barely edible. Audacity to call this a resort and charge a resort fee is false advertising. I’d never recommend staying in this 1-2 star motel; it’s barely a cowboy cottage.

Good location and value

Good location, reasonable price. Room is clean and appreciate having the kitchenette. Bed was okay for comfort. Liked the convenience of the cabin for loading and unloading. Unit appears to be newly painted and carpeted inside. Outside is faded. Would stay again.

Not sure why it is called a ‘resort’, should be titled as rustic motel or motor inn. No microwave in room and the mini fridge froze our food. The free breakfast left alot to be desired, even after running out of food one hour into the 2 hour window.

The room had a very strong chemical smell and we needed to leave the door open for a while to let it air out. The room was also dated and felt very dark and not cozy, which is in strong contract to its cabin-looking exterior. Breakfast was absolutely not worth it - eggs were just crumbles, and there wasn’t a large selection. Location made up for the negatives somewhat - it’s only a five minute drive from the hotel to the Bryce gates.

The bathroom was not real clean. A dirty towel was left hanging in the closet. The bathroom was not cleaned well. The tv didn’t work but the guy came fast and was very nice and efficient. We did like the location. Shops close by and bike trails. The complementary breakfast was not very good. The only thing I’d give an excellent rating is the staff. They were wonderful.

Worse dump ever booked , far from a resort , shower doors broken and handle to operate it fell off and couldn’t be put back on, dirty , mold in bathroom , animals chewing in walls , disgusting pool area , nauseating breakfast ! Don’t Eat there ! No working tv . Please Do not spend $469.00 for 2 nights .. you’ll be ripped off ! Most horrible place I ever stayed at

We had an overall nice stay at this motel. The room was large and clean, had WiFi, and they did provide plenty of towels. The staff were friendly. However, there were several things that were not satisfactory. The main things were the overall lack of 21st century technology - no outlets or device plugs anywhere near the bed, and the room was very outdated, no way to contact the front desk (no phones in room), no mattress pad (just a cover for the top, which doesn’t promote confidence in these days of bed bugs), the shower faucet was very difficult to turn and navigate, the only clock in the room was on the other side of the room from the bedside. Most of these could be addressed very easily and would make a lot of difference in customer satisfaction. There is nothing ‘resort’ like about the place, but it provided the basic necessities.

We found this hotel to be very basic. The room we had did not have a phone in it, but it did have a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom door handle fell off in my hand as well as the locking mechanism which we were able to put back on, but was in need of repair. There was plenty of towels, but very little shampoo and soap. They had a coffee maker and Supplies that you could use in the room. The room was dated, but the bed was comfortable and had clean linens. We had to pay a resort fee which we found rather odd since there was really nothing to do at the hotel Complex itself when questioned they said it was because they were located close to the Bryce Canyon and therefore they could charge extra. It was $15 per room. The electrical outlets were very few and far between. Some were up high, which were not conducive to charging cell phones with short courts. We had issues with our television getting it to work.It was a non-smoking room however it could use a good airing out. There wasn’t many places around to eat, but they did have one located near our hotel room. When we booked our reservation, breakfast buffet was included with our purchase. The breakfast included pancakes. We think they were powdered eggs, potatoes, sausage, rounds, toast, or cereal, coffee, and juice,There was a laundromat facility on site as well as an ice machine. They’re Vending Machine was totally empty. They did have a few things for sale in the hotel lobby, but not much.
