The deck by the river was great, early mornings drinking coffee while watching 2 eagles sitting in a dead tree across the river take flight down the river looking for food. Kitchen was adequate, refrigerator small, but did the job for drinks and breakfast items.Comfortable stay for our trip to Bryson City to ride the trains, go to Clingman's Dome, and see the elk for a quick vacation.

Overall our stay was wonderful. Very clean little cabin with an amazing view of the river. Had a few things that I messaged the owner about, like toilet seat slipping, kitchen light out and the storm doors lock got stuck when we locked it. We stayed 4 nights in this property. Over all it served our purpose well. My over all complaint was the old recliner needs replaced with something newer. But property was clean and very usable for our purpose. We will stay again

The place smells. Take a candle to help. The shower curtain has mildew on it. The bit of yard it has needs to be mowed. The bed was very comfortable. I would not stay here again.
