o Four full bathrooms for convenience.
• Fully equipped kitchen feature:
o Jenn-Air gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and modern appliances.
o Stunning granite countertops and a natural hardwood dining table that seats eight, with additional bar stool seating for three more.
o Both Keurig and drip coffee makers, along with a well-stocked selection of kitchenware.
• Large, covered wrap-around deck, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in any weather, complete with:
o Rocking chairs for relaxing.
o Three picnic tables for outdoor dining.
o A gas grill and separate charcoal/smoker is provided.
o Hot tub perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
o A large rock fire pit for cozy evenings (firewood not provided but available nearby).
o Corn hole set and Giant Jenga for outdoor fun.

📶 Connectivity & Entertainment
• Wi-Fi included (weather may occasionally affect access).
• Limited cell service, which can be spotty. Most smartphones work well with Wi-Fi calling.
• Waze is the most reliable navigation tool. We recommend printing directions before your arrival.

⚠️ Safety & Policies
• 🚭 No indoor smoking or vaping
• 🐾 No pets
• 🎉 No parties
• 4-5 steps are required to access the main level.
• A $1,000 security hold is required 1-2 days before arrival and will be released 1-2 days after checkout. This helps ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
• Motorcycles are not recommended due to steep and gravel sections on the roads leading to the cabin.

• Located about 30 minutes (13 scenic miles along Alarka Creek) from Bryson City, offering access to groceries, restaurants, antique shops, artisan stores and activities.
• Approximately 40 minutes to the Deep Creek Entrance of the Smoky Mountain National Park, Nantahala Outdoor Center, or Harrah's Casino in Cherokee.
• Enjoy area activities like:
o Zip-lining, tubing, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, waterfalls, kayaking, mountain biking, gem mining, and golfing.
o Scenic experiences at Fontana Lake, Nantahala Outdoor Center, and The Great Smoky Mountains Railroad.

✅ Additional Amenities
• Well water system with an emergency generator that activates automatically during power outages.
• Essentials provided, including:
o Wi-Fi, linens, towels, dish detergent, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
o For longer stays or larger groups, guests may need to restock certain items.
• Firewood and charcoal are not included but can be purchased locally.

📝 Important Notes
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
• No refunds are provided for inclement weather. However, if an official Winter Weather Advisory prohibits non-essential travel in the Alarka area of Bryson City, we will offer credit towards a future stay.
