The couple that met us and showed us around our first day was wonderful and helpful. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need and very nicely done and supplied. The pool areas and upstairs hot tubs were lovely. A few negatives were the unit looks out onto a gas station and Oxxo. The road is noisy and the patio never gets sunshine. This is a problem because the combination washer dryer doesn’t dry your clothes and there is no place to dry them. Another thing that would be nice is if there was drinking water to start your stay. We ordered a garrafón but it took a several days to arrive. Also instructions on use of washer and oven would be helpful.
Stayed 11 nights in Feb 2026
