Welcome to Casa Los Arcos, your perfect vacation home in the heart of Bucerías. This beautifully Mexican-style villa is located on a quiet cobblestone street within one of the town's most desirable residential and commercial areas, just steps away from the golden sand beach and surrounded by a vibrant selection of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, art galleries, grocery stores, and even one of the best private hospitals in the region. Its prime location also makes it easy to explore nearby destinations, with Sayulita and Punta Mita only thirty minutes away, Nuevo Vallarta twenty minutes away, and downtown Puerto Vallarta just thirty-five minutes by car.
The villa offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests within approximately 4,000 square feet of living space. Guests can enjoy spacious off-street parking for up to three cars, as well as a cozy fire pit area perfect for starlit nights. On the main level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for six, a comfortable living room with a 32-inch screen and Smart TV with Rocku , and a detached bedroom with two twin beds, air conditioning, and a full external bathroom.
