Here in Corral del Risco, the pace feels unhurried, shaped by warm coastal air and the natural beauty of Punta Mita’s shoreline.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 baths, all arranged on a single level with no stairs in the home. Bedrooms feature bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, room-darkening shades, and air conditioning for comfort throughout your stay. Bathrooms include hot water and bathroom essentials, creating an easy transition from beach days to relaxed evenings indoors.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, and a dining table for shared meals. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner inside, everything is arranged for simple, comfortable dining at home.

Step outside to your patio or balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area. The backyard provides open space to unwind, with sun loungers for laid-back afternoons under the tropical sky. The property features an outdoor pool - open specific hours, heated, infinity - available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guests also enjoy resort access and a gym, along with beach access just steps from the waterfront setting. The combination of water, greenery, and open-air spaces creates an atmosphere that feels naturally connected to the coast.



Convenience & comfort

Wifi makes it easy to stay connected, and a TV offers relaxed entertainment indoors. The building includes an elevator, and you’ll have a private entrance for added ease. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking simplify arrivals, while luggage dropoff allowed helps accommodate early arrivals or later departures. Long term stays allowed makes this a comfortable option for extended visits.

Set in Punta Mita along the Pacific Ocean shores of Nayarit, this area is known for its tropical climate and scenic coastline. With beach access nearby and the water right next to the property, you can spend your days exploring the shore, enjoying the ocean breeze, or simply relaxing in the warmth that defines this coastal destination year-round.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth and the Lobby of the condominium. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no.__2__, phase 1 so guests access it by elevator.

Getting Around:

The easiest access is by car.



Parking is free and exclusively for guests. You can park in the space that is available. Please note that space is subject to availability, only one vehicle per apartment will be admitted.



We recommend renting a car or using the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



Other Things to Note:

Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. -The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night. -The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies. -No guests allowed -Pets are not allowed -No change of linens during your stay. -Supplies such as coffee, soap and shampoo provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -Parking is for one car only -We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption. -The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium do not depend on the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that your stay will include when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common that in the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
