Guests can enjoy underfloor heating during winter or AC in the summer. The house has a s, 4k Samsung TV set with internet and cable system. Kitchen with quartz countertop, refrigerator, dishwasher machine, oven, gas cooker, Smeg coffee machine, toaster, plates and tableware. The main bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer as well as an iron and hairdryer. All bedrooms has premium mattress, satin bedding and additional blankets. One bedroom with large balcony ( with garden view) for smoking area. The high value of the house is given by noble wood flooring, Persian carpets or amber chandeliers. The apartment has access to a nice flower garden, and outdoor terrace for the warm season. Location pleasant and quiet, near the forest, with fresh air in the morning
