Locatia se afla la 3 min de magazin Lidl si alte magazine de cartier; la 5 min de statie de tramvai si autobuz din Bl.Timisoara; la 10 min de statia de metrou Gorjului/Bl.Iuliu Maniu.
Accesul la cele 2 mall-uri Mall Plaza si Afi Cotroceni este foarte facil, acestea situindu-se relativ aparoape de proprietate.
Numeroase restaurante in apropiere ( Le Blanc fost Barlogul Lupilor , Passion, Militari Ballroom, Cocosul Rosu, Turbotequilla etc ).
