Room was fine for a night but the tub/shower combo is quite slick. It needs texture bottom or a mat. Also our room was stuffy and we had to get key from desk to unlock window as air did not work. The restaurant was nice and we enjoyed a small meal before retiring for an early transfer to the airport. The transfer was seamless.

We were staying near the airport for a 6am flight. The hotel was perfect for this. They had a shuttle running pretty much 24 hours so that was no problem. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable.

Overall friendly staff, mostly at the coffee bar. Easy access to the airport, fantastic drop off and pick up system to and from the airport.
This is the notice that supposedly explains that the room will not be cleaned for 3 days. We were left with overflowing bins, dirty cups, dirty sink and shower, and apparently this notice advices travellers of this.
Unsure what happens when this gets hang on the door! Maybe the rubbish from the adjacent room gets added to your room.

I left the hotel early in the morning before the breackfast started. The breackfast was prepacked and offerred to other people but not for me. I also asked when I checked in but the lady at the front desk did not offered it to me. Also customer service can be improved.

Good location for the airport and for Therme if you are having a spa day! Easy access into Bucharest too if you fancy a day or night out there - 20 minutes into Bucharest North. Good was decent. Breakfast and dinner I enjoyed.
