The Boggina villa on the Petrolo estate exceeded expectations. It was well equipped for our large group and had plenty of space for us to stretch out and explore. I HIGHLY recommend having their chef prepare one or more of your dinners for you. Incredible food and an excellent experience. Marco was an excellent host and took care of every detail. We made memories that will last for many years. Our entire group had an excellent experience. We hope to return!

Our family group of 10 arrived at Boggina after a hectic but exciting week in Rome and Florence. We were ready for some rural peacefullness. We found it at Petrolo Winery. The house is casual and comfortable. We had rented both adjoining apartments, so we had access to 2 kitchens. We used the larger one for preparing family meals, which we ate outside at the large outdoor table. I loved waking each morning to look out over the vineyard and olive groves or sitting on one of the covered porches after a day of sightseeing. The kids loved the pool. The property is located within easy driving distance of favorite places in Tuscany. We arranged a tasting at the winery (very nice wines!), had a catered dinner at the house (delicious!) and were lucky enough to arrive on a day when we could visit the ancient tower that overlooks the property.
