The living room is very special with 180 degree views of this wonderful coastline and a door to a private decked area for those evenings when you can sit outside and watch the wildlife. There is a double bedroom on the ground food with a wet room suitable for wheelchair access and a family bathroom. On the first floor is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Outside there is an shared paved garden and seating area where you can sit and watch the wildlife or boats coming in and out of the harbour whilst enjoying a glass of wine. The property has been tastefully decorated and furnished, ensuring every comfort for you to relax in the beautiful surroundings of this coastal village, or tour this most attractive part of Morayshire, which hosts many amenities including golf, horse riding, fishing and walking along sandy beaches. For those who wish to explore the Whisky and Castle Trails these can be accessed locally. There are many coastal fishing villages set at the foot of dramatic high cliffs for which the area is renowned and are well worth visiting. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
