Some staff members were unwelcoming and unhelpful. One staff member appeared angry throughout my stay, and when I asked for help with my luggage, I was met with reluctance and comments about the bag being heavy rather than genuine assistance. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The hotel itself is quite simple — not terrible, but nothing special. For a small additional cost, it is possible to find better accommodation with a more professional level of service.

Convenient location for early flights

We had an early flight and did not want to wake up too early or travel a lot in the morning. We had a decent sized room, the receptionists were very kind and helpful. I saw the reviews and was slightly concerned but luckily could not find anything negative. We also used the shuttle from the airport and to the airport as well after dropping the hire car off.

close to airport, well worth the price

I had low expectations because of the price, and while there was no restaurant the staff was super helpful and it made for a short shuttle ride to the airport in the morning. A decently stocked bar was great for some evening drinks. Bonus points for having a freezer filled with ice cream bars :-)
