Barn Cottage is a characterful upside-down barn conversion, created from an original hay barn dating back to 1880 and transformed into a welcoming holiday retreat. The cottage enjoys beautiful sea and countryside views across Widemouth Bay, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal escape in North Cornwall.



The spacious open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area offers a bright and comfortable space where family and friends can gather together. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays, while the lounge provides the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring the coast. A wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and character, making Barn Cottage equally appealing throughout the cooler months. The living area can also be accessed via traditional external barn steps, reflecting the property's historic origins. Outside, guests can enjoy a private seating area where they can dine alfresco, take in the fresh sea air and admire the spectacular sunsets that regularly light up the skies over the bay.



The ground floor is home to two comfortable bedrooms. The principal bedroom features a double bed alongside an additional single bed, offering flexible accommodation for families and small groups. A second bedroom with full-sized bunk beds is perfect for children or additional guests. Also located on the ground floor is the family bathroom, complete with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.



Guests staying at Barn Cottage enjoy access to a range of excellent on-site facilities. During the summer season, from Whitsun until mid-September, the outdoor heated swimming pool provides a wonderful place to relax and cool off, while the tennis court offers fun for all ages. Children will enjoy meeting the friendly farm animals, and the small games room provides additional entertainment during your stay. One well-behaved dog is welcome, making Barn Cottage a fantastic choice for those wishing to holiday with their four-legged companion.



Situated close to Widemouth Bay, Barn Cottage is ideally located for exploring one of Cornwall's most beautiful stretches of coastline.
