Extremely well priced modern 3 bedroom townhouse in Bude, Cornwall

A family friendly townhouse situated a stones-throw away from all amenities. Beautiful blue flag beaches just a five minute drive away or 20 minute walk.

The house is ideal for families wanting to explore the many delights Bude has to offer, including Bude’s outdoor sea pool, costal walks, canal, and array of restaurants and shops. It is also suited for couples wanting to experience the fantastic surf from a house based in a very convenient location.

Our house is set over three floors with a modern and contemporary feel. For families looking to stay here it offers all the facilities to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
We have a downstairs toilet, family bathroom and en-suite off the master bedroom.
The garden has full sun from midday up to 9pm in the summer. It’s landscaped with a lawn, flowerbeds and patio area with chairs and table.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms comprise one single and two single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
You will have access to the entire house and garden. There is ample free parking in bays to the front of the house and the road to the side.

Well equipped charming place

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped, spacious and charming place. It has three bedrooms with good beds and two bathrooms, which is very convenient. The garden with a lovely terrace is an added value and catches a lot of sun. The shops are at a 2-minute walking distance. Excellent communication with the owners. We were really satisfied and would warmly recommend this place.

Lovely space, spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our week. We enjoyed the garden & being able to walk to beaches, shops, restaurants etc. Highly recommend Electric Bakery, The Deck, Rosie’s & the coastal path walks both directions for lovely beaches to explore & nice cafes for a coffee.

Pleasant stay in Bude

We had a good time in Bude. The house matches the description. Communication with our hosts was fine. Location for amenities is perfect. The walk to the beach is about 25 mins. Booking of a restaurant was quite difficult. The nicer ones only had vacancies a week ahead or so. Plan ahead!

Amazing Stay near beautiful sandy beaches

We had an incredible holiday at Abby and Rob's property. We were lucky enough to have lots of sunshine so used it mostly as a base to visit the beautiful sandy beaches within a short drive. The house was well equipped with anything we could need, beautifully clean and the communication from the hosts was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this accommodation for a Bude stay.

Wonderful stay close to Bude and Stratton

We absolutely enjoyed our two week stay here! The hosts were wonderfully accommodating to our needs when we had to quarantine after our arrival from overseas. The location was wonderful for walking all over Bude and over to Stratton. The well-supplied kitchen made it easy to make meals. The living room was very comfy and the back garden was splendid! Beautiful flowers to appreciate over breakfast on the back patio. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely house perfect for our needs (3 adults and one child). Location is very convenient for buying your everyday items from either Morrisons or Lidl. As such, the location is not picturesque but very useful. The owner was very responsive and the house is quite well equipped. The only exception would be a hairdryer. I couldn't find it and I didn't ask the owner so as not to bother him much. Bude is a very nice town, the beach might not be as beautiful as the one in St Ives but it's full of interesting things for kids to be busy. The people were lovely and we felt very welcome.
