I wish the room came with a microwave being diabetic and not being able to warm up food to eat was very upsetting they told me because I had a 2 beds the room did not come with one but I was more than welcome to use the one in the lobby. Well that was very upsetting the fact that how would I be able to use it when it was raining and very cold to walk outside to the lobby.

I stayed here for three nights, and overall had a great experience. If you’re staying over a weekend, I recommend bringing noise-canceling earplugs because it can get pretty loud outside, especially on Saturday night. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The hotel offers a simple but convenient breakfast with yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins, milk, coffee, and tea. They also provide 24/7 coffee and hot water, which is perfect for cup noodles, ramen, or tea anytime. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and housekeeping is available every three days or upon request. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, plus a Target and Dollar Tree within walking distance. It’s a great option if you want something affordable and close to Disneyland, it’s only about a 15-minute drive. There are a few homeless individuals around the area, but nothing that felt unsafe. Also there's only one elevator and 4 floors, I did have to go up and down the stairs around 6-10 times a day. Overall, a convenient and budget-friendly stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. My reservation was fully paid, and when I arrived the next day to check in, I was told that my booking had been canceled simply because I didn’t check in on the original day. I have never seen a hotel cancel a fully paid reservation without even giving the guest a chance to check in or offering any kind of support or solution. I ended up without a room for the night, and the staff offered no assistance other than saying the reservation was canceled. This situation was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable. I hope to receive a full refund, as I paid for a service that I did not receive. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Elevator was not working, Hot water didn’t work in shower, phone said I had a message but didn’t connect to the messages, tv had adds on it every 30 seconds that popped up on the corner, Maitnance man didn’t speak English and had no idea how to fix anything. Hot tub is destroyed and not working. Overall one of the worst places I have stayed.

they have this strict rule of smoking ,yet i reserved a smoking room but when i got there they became a non smoking facility .they also had an annoyying warrning fliyer in the room with a list of things they will charge you for .beding blakets and sheets ,practically everthing in the room .annoyingly down to the smell of the room ,including your favorate fragrence .iwas affraid to even spray on my collonge room or my deposit would be kept .they also take their time putting your depsit back ,i was traveling and needed gas .i had to wait half the day before they put it back on so i could get gas to get back on the road .which made us late for our engagement.the continental breakfast was for the poor cold ceareal oat meal stail toast milk and juice.i will never stay there again sorry but true,.

Will not go back! Other than highway noise, elevator broken, had to lift luggage to 3rd floor. From check in at 3pm until 6pm they were using very loud high pressure washer by our door, walls, walk way and stairs. TV not working and had to place a call and it had to be replaced with another unit. Bathroom is busted. Breakfast was very lame, cereal, bread, whipping spread, jam, coffee or juice. I have pics and videos of all the above.
