The TV was not working. When we checked out they told us the televisions were being worked on, but they did not mention this the day before when we checked in. The facilities seemed rundown. The swimming pool was dirty. A manager from your hotel may want to walk across the street to the Hilton to see a better quality hotel.

I had an excellent stay. The room was clean, and the overall service was good. And complementary breakfast was also good. The entire staff was fantastic, but I would especially like to mention Mr. Louise. He was helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel!

Stay was great, beds were a little on the harder side but nothing too bad. Water pressure in our room was the best I’ve had at any hotel in Anaheim so far but bathrooms need a HUGE remodel. There was not enough ventilation and curtains weren’t long enough to cover the entire shower so water kept coming out both ends. The first night was a difficult to find parking as a bus took up 4-5 spaces and almost every car in the back lot was over the line and we had to squeeze into a spot. The staff is always friendly here and the lobby is always clean. Please do a bathroom remodel!

We stayed for 2 nites in the King suits and everything was good. Having two bathrooms were so great. The only thing was towels. I think it would be much nicer if they replace the old , color changed towels with new ones.

This a very nice family friendly hotel close to Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park. It is convenient to the freeway and has lots of parking. It could use some updating but it was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly.
